DropEnd is a texturised blend of materials especially designed to consider all the characters of concrete. DropEnd is a compound of calcareous and argillaceous substance and therefore the product falls in the category of building materials. DropEnd is based on cement with a proportionate mixture of treated quartz, calcinated silica, precipitated minerals, flowing agents, plasticizers, fibres, booster etc.
When water penetrates into concrete through capillaries, some ingredients in the material enter and occupy voids. When water evaporates, the ingredients turn into insoluble crystals. Therefore the severity of vapour expelling is minimized. The emulsion then forms a rigid membrane over the surface which permits breathing, but forecloses an access to water.
